Background
The Republican-controlled House is on the cusp of embracing the formerly-defeated Bathroom Bill, which would put the feelings of gender confused individuals over the rights of all citizens and the serious safety and privacy concerns of New Hampshire women and girls.
Concerned citizens raised good faith questions regarding the bill’s the unintended consequences – how it impacts the rights of women, business owners, free speech, privacy, private property, and religious freedom, among others. But these serious questions were ignored and dismissed out of hand in the rush to embrace radical gender ideology.
